Elder Wisdom

The Wisdom Center at MPB, started by Sr. Macrina Scott, OSF, merged with the Center for Spirituality at Work in September 2017. We are excited to continue serving individuals nearing or in retirement with programs focused on a spirituality of aging and the gifts that elders bring to the community.

Did you know that Grandparenting is a Spiritual Journey? It has profound implications for the soulful growth of the grandparent and the grandchild. Beyond that, it enhances the life of the broader community. Our retreat facilitator will help us explore important tools. How do we share our spirituality? How do we foster the spiritual awareness of the child? What does this look like when we are grandparenting from a distance? We'll come away renewed individually with a wealth of resources in hand.
